Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ventura Decision Systems (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Ventura Decision Systems is a B2B data intelligence platform. We consolidate operational and financial data from ecommerce businesses and use AI to generate profitability reports, product-level performance analysis, and operational decision intelligence, delivered via a web dashboard.

• Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis
• Subscription fees are agreed upon individually and confirmed prior to onboarding
• Billing is managed via Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised payment processor
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You are responsible for keeping your billing information current

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@venturadsystems.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

• We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the Platform
• After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@venturadsystems.com
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests made in bad faith or where the Platform has been used extensively

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Platform
• We do not sell your data to third parties

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
• Attempt to interfere with the Platform's infrastructure

All content, reports, and software within the Platform are the intellectual property of Ventura Decision Systems. Reports generated for your business are licensed to you for internal use only.

The Platform is provided “as is”. Ventura Decision Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
